Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or pickup, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • Items must be free from damage, stains, odors, alterations, or signs of use.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, assembly, moving, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final sale, clearance, floor sample, custom, special-order, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Furniture Returns & Pickup

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning merchandise.

For furniture or oversized items requiring pickup, a return pickup fee will apply based on the item and delivery location. Original delivery, shipping, and assembly fees are non-refundable.

Returned furniture must be accessible and ready for pickup in its original delivered condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment after the merchandise has been received and inspected.

The following may be deducted from the refund:

  • Original delivery or shipping charges

  • Return shipping or pickup charges

  • Applicable restocking fees

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or defect should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the issue.

For verified damage or manufacturing defects, we may arrange repair, replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to the customer.

Futuwith reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and determine eligibility for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
