Submit Your Client Referral

Before your client makes a purchase, complete the Futu With Client Referral Form.

Provide your contact information and the client’s name and contact details so our team can register the referral. Referrals must be submitted and confirmed before the client places an order.

Your Client Shops with Futu With

Your referred client can shop at our Long Island showroom or work directly with the Futu With team.

We can assist with individual furniture purchases, room updates, home staging, model homes, investment properties, and complete turnkey furnishing projects.

The client must purchase using the same name, email address, or phone number provided in the original referral submission. As long as the referral was registered before checkout, the eligible order can qualify you for commission.

STEP 3

Claim Your Reward

After your client’s qualifying order has been delivered, complete the Futu With Reward Claim Form.

Include the customer’s name, order information, and your contact details. Our team will verify the referral, confirm the eligible purchase amount, and review your reward request.

Once approved, you will receive a 5% referral commission based on the eligible merchandise subtotal.

Who Can Participate?

The Futu With Referral Program is ideal for professionals who regularly connect clients with furniture, home décor, or furnishing services, including:

• Short-term rental operators

You do not need to be an existing Futu With customer to submit a referral.

Eligible Referral Purchases

For a referral to qualify:

• The client must be referred before making a purchase.
• The referral must be submitted through the official Futu With Referral Form.
• The referred client must not already be actively working with Futu With.
• The client’s order must be paid in full and successfully delivered.
• The order must remain valid after any applicable cancellation or return period.
• The information on the order must match the submitted referral details.

Commission is calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal. Taxes, delivery fees, installation or assembly charges, warranties, gift cards, canceled items, returned merchandise, and other service fees are excluded.

Referral Rewards

Approved participants earn a 5% commission on eligible purchases completed by their referred clients.

Referral commissions:

• Are issued after the qualifying order has been delivered and verified.
• Apply only to eligible merchandise included in the completed order.
• May be adjusted if merchandise is returned, canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
• Cannot be transferred to another individual or business.
• Cannot be combined with another referral, affiliate, trade, or commission program unless approved by Futu With.

Payment requirements and processing timelines will be provided when your reward claim is approved.

Referral Program Terms

Futu With reserves the right to verify all referral submissions, customer orders, and reward claims. Referrals submitted after a customer has contacted Futu With or completed a purchase may not qualify.

Self-referrals, duplicate submissions, fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of customer information, and attempts to claim rewards for existing Futu With customers are prohibited. If multiple parties submit the same client, Futu With may recognize the first valid and verifiable referral received.
